Standard Delivery Charges

We will normally dispatch all orders within 5 working days.
UK orders are dispatched by post.
Overseas orders will be sent by air.
Please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
There may be local duty and/or taxes payable on goods delivered outside the UK. Kelmscott Manor is not responsible for paying these charges.

Please note: If you order more than one item, you may receive separate parcels.

Terms & Conditions and Guarantee

All orders will be acknowledged by e-mail. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you receive, or they have been damaged in transit, you may return them within 14 days for a replacement or a full refund. When the goods arrive with us we will issue a refund or replacement, whichever is requested. We will only refund the postage paid when the item is found to be defective or incorrectly supplied from the original order.

Sizes are given as a guide only. Please be aware that handmade items are subject to variation in size, colour and shape owing to the unique nature of the product.
